Do a single leg stance and note how fast you lift your leg, how long you want to hold it up and how fast you lower it. Now do it again and take 5-second to lift it…hold for 5-seconds…and lower for 5-seconds. Very different assessment. Once relies on habit. The other on efficiency. Fast, we can only do what we already know. That is how the brain works. To learn and master new skills and overcome limitation, the first thing to do is slow way down. Anat Baniel KABOOM!
