Do any of you guys have the luxury of toolsetters? We have a dept that is ran by toolmakers. their job is to set up all our tools, teach and describe all our tools, and make custom tools when necessary. All I do is put the tools in the machine and the chip reader takes care of the rest. They even change our inserts... Its their union and we cant take their job away from them. Save a lot of time on setups when all your tools are ready for you. Especially when you have 100 tools... Lol
