Do not be ashamed of your past, for it no longer has place in your future. Do not be ashamed of your shortcomings, for they get shorter by the day. Do not be ashamed of who you are, for there is only one of you, and you have a purpose. Do not be ashamed of what you couldnt accomplish yesterday because it has given purpose to today. Do not be ashamed because you suffer inside, for when you feel joy it is that much sweeter and new. Do not be ashamed because you do not appear like the others, they have their fears too. Be proud of your walk through life, it is not easy and do not let anyone tell you otherwise. Seek strength in your unbreakable spirit, your knowledge of the good, and the love that puts one foot in front of the other.
