Do these people ever think that the reason a union hasnt been voted out of Fargo is more than likely due to Two major reasons.... One even if you dont want the union how are you going to open a conversation about getting rid of without risking losing YOUR job in the same breath? #2 Lets say an employee in say his 40s or more who doesnt like the union but has been in the job for the last 20 years because it does put food on his families table and house over his head and has been paying into a pension fund for the very same last 20 years.....whether he likes or wants to work for a union based company if he were to somehow gather all the needed votes to get the union out he just LOST 20 years of pension funds because unlike your 401k the union keeps that money, thats why so many feel struggled and stuck with a union once they have cast the wrong vote..... Do us all a favor VOTE NO!!! give it another year if changes are not made then Im sure the union will be back, but if you vote Yes we are stuck with this choice for a very long time, that is if the company can still remain financially competitive.....just ONE more YEAR, you got it to a vote now do you really believe corporate is not seeing that maybe there are issues that they are not aware of?....Do you really believe Nates boss is coming here just for an audit of the product and plant and not maybe also his staff? VOTE NO, see if change happens...if it doesnt then this can be tried again if you vote yes WE AS EMPLOYEES may be stuck or looking for new jobs very soon....
