Do things have a way of working out? Absolutely.I flunked out of SUNY Geneseo in 1977. By August 1992 I had gone on to graduate from 3 different universities. Timing is one factor. Motivation is another factor. The 3rd factor is remembering how humiliated I was in December 1977 and vowing never to screw up like I did at Geneseo and digging deeper to do what it took to get through school. School loans getting paid back? The three degrees cost $25,000. I chose in and had them paid back out of an inheritance my grandfather left me. I know it was the best choice out of the options I had before me. Did I get anything of value from the journey of college? Absolutely. I believe the success with OJOC stemmed from what I attained in getting educated. I also was blessed to associate with people who broadened my consciousness. People ask me if I will attain a doctorate someday. Absolutely. A laptop by Hewlett Packard, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet are all "game changers" in the world of academia pursuits.
