Do this. Take a piece of paper. Draw a line down the middle and write ENERGY on one side and DRAINED on the other. Keep it with you for a week. Write activities that you do in one colum or the other. Dont think too much. Like a journalist, just capture what you see/experience. This will start to map out for you what types of activities propel you forward. It is most likely that your best chance at really doing something big lies in those activities that create energy for you. Theyre what you were made for.
