Do you ever ask yourself the question, “As a proud American, does that mean that America owns me? Or does that mean that I own America?” Well it is time for us to regain our ownership principles in this nation and take the responsibility of ownership to maintain our heritage. Our primary responsibilities as Americans are to each other and the generations that will follow. Today, we are faced with a major challenge. This challenge is not any more arduous than the challenges our great nation has faced before. Uniquely, this challenge is not a threat from a foreign power; we are in danger of imploding as a nation because of our uncontrolled debt. Today can be the day that we the people stand up and remember that we are the government and it must work for us not against us.
