Do you ever feel like all the other moms have it together but you? I can assure you, we all feel that way from time to time. Someone posts a wonderful photo of their homeschool class room on a blog that looks amazing and is stocked with more school stuff than the local book store. And then we look around and see our child move laundry of the bed holding the math book and a pencil. Suddenly we are judging ourselves by a staged world that may it may not be true. Blogs and websites are great, but you are the leader of your school!!! Dont let the picture perfect idea ruin your confidence. I remember during most of my schools days, I did homework on the couch or on my bed. And no one thought anything if it. So why do we feel like a arent doing our job if school is not at a desk? I still surround myself with books in my bed if I am studying. And (no big shocker here) I dont like my work space super neat. I dont want my supplies put away. I want to see them, use them! What I am getting at is that you world needs to be your world, not a picture from a book. Make your school work for your family. Then it really is perfect. Happy homeschooling! ~ Tammy
