Do you ever feel that warm vibrating feeling before that first tear comes? Do you ever feel that warm head swelling feeling before that first tear comes? Does it appear to you that your body is trying to hug its self before the tears? You are there for yourself before anyone. Remember, you can save yourself. Put all the shame away. Your body knows you need to stay alive and does not want pain. You get those feelings right before you break down is because God made you. He made you from the inside out. He will hug you from the inside and the tears is his mercy having you let out the bad and evil negative thoughts. You are never alone.
