Do you follow a special diet beyond grain-free/Paleo? Maybe AIP, low FODMAP, SCD/GAPS, or low carb? Maybe you need to avoid eggs or nuts? Did you know that one of the *amazing* features of the recipes in Mediterranean Paleo Cooking (the new book I co-authored with Caitlin Weeks and her husband Chef Nabil Boumrar) is a list of notes about how to make the recipes work for all of these needs?! Take a sneak peek inside the book here, and flip all the way to the end. Youll notice charts that call out which recipes are friendly for each set of dietary needs. A colored box indicates that the recipes is friendly as-is, while an M in the box indicates that some modifications (written on the recipe page) will allow the recipe to suit that need. A blank box means that the recipe isnt suitable or we werent able to create swaps that would work well (though you may if youre creative). Youll notice that the vast majority of recipes in the book are either allergen-free as written, or can easily be modified. Of course, desserts get a bit tricky, but check it out and see for yourself how much youll be able to enjoy in this book even if you cant eat certain Paleo-friendly foods. I know youre going to love this book!
