Entrees: Steak au Poivre - Hand Cut 14oz New York Strip, Green and Black Peppercorn Crust, Blue Cheese and Roasted Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Asparagus, and a Cherry Bourbon Pan Sauce. Seared Diver Scallops - Blood Orange, Arugula, Radish, and Pistachios. Desserts: Tiramisu - Classic Coffee Liqueur Soaked Lady Fingers, Mascarpone, Dark Chocolate Shavings and Cocoa Powder.
