Do you know how delicate the fiscal and monetary policies are?Ask anyone who did economics.. as you lift your hand to sign on the referendum book to get 45% of the national income to counties the govt will be left with 55%..Education alone takes 40% of the budget,the wage bill takes more than 50% of the budget,national debt abt 550 billion ,security takes a good percentage too..What does this mean the government MUST INCREASE TAXES and RETRENCH SOME STAFF .Take it to the bank im telling you if this 45% passes we will all feel it..This is from the economic point of view and can be verified by any one who did economics..#Openyoureyeskenya
