Do you know your Animal Totem or Animal Spirit Guide? There are some apps & quizzes out there but they are not usually accurate at all. Usually there is an animal that you are drawn to quite strongly although sometimes you may be drawn to say most all cats, or say black or white cats but when you finally see or meet a specific cat type (say a Panther, or a Snow Leopard) you feel the very strong connection to it. another way that some may meet their totem/animal guide is in meditation, trance, or shamanic journeying. Yet other people may get glimpses of their guides or frequent encounters with them, although this may not always be their Main Totem/Animal Guide as we have many Totem/Animal Guides during our lifetimes that come to teach or guide us through very specific lessons or events in our lifetime.
