Do you shave your beard? The prophet said the shaver of the beard - TopicsExpress

Do you shave your beard? The prophet said the shaver of the beard is cursed(maloon) and imam al Baqir said the shaver of the beard is an immoral person (fasiq). You only shave a part of it? Ahlul bait aleihim al salaato wal Salam and the Quran when they speak They are precise. Some ahadith say that which is mentioned above regarding beards and some ahadith say if a beard get longer then a fist then it shall be burnt in hellfire. So we have a rough a idea that it shouldnt be short but it also shouldnt be too long. What do I mean when I say they speak with precision? The Quran for example gives us 3 specific time zones to pray in: Surah 17, Al Israa, Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Quran of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed. And here Allah subhanaho wa taala gives the prophet very specific detailed instructions to worship in order to prepare for something: Surah 73, Al Muzzammil, 73:2 Arise [to pray] the night, except for a little - 73:3 Half of it - or subtract from it a little 73:4 Or add to it, and recite the Quran with measured recitation. 73:5 Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy word. So when Ahlul bait aleihim Al Salam said the one who shaves his beard is cursed it does not mean you can trim your beard very short, otherwise we would have received precise instructions to only make sure we dont shave with blades or razors. We did not. They said he who shaves is a fasiq. You may say all these verses you I showed above are from the Quran, were does the Allah speak about a beard in the Quran? Allah subhanaho wa taala told us this: O ye who believe! Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger, and those charged with authority among you. (Quran 4:59) O ye who believe! Obey Allah and His Messenger, and turn not away from him when ye hear (him speak). (Quran 8:20) O ye who believe! give your response to Allah and His Messenger, when He calleth you to that which will give you life; and know that Allah cometh in between a man and his heart, and that it is He to Whom ye shall (all) be gathered.(Quran 8:24) (So when the prophet said dont shave your beards it also has benefits for us.) Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah an excellent exempler for him who hopes in Allah and the Final Day, and who remembers Allah. (Quran 33:21) What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; in order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger gives you, and refrain from what he prohibits you. And fear Allah: for Allah is strict in Punishment. (Quran 59:7) So you want to think: “Even if its a sin its nothing compared to all the other deeds I do”?? Shaitan thought the same thing. He has worshipped Allah for 6000 years and we dont know wether its earth years or heaven years. He has done billions and trillions of prostrations. He thought just this one sujood for Adam I dont need to do. He was since that day, forbidden from heaven. Ahlul bait aleihim Al Salam said: “Allah subhanaho wa taala will not enter a servant into heaven for the same sin he took his angel out of heaven for.” Do not undermine any sin!
