Do you think it is alright that the annual broker fee for horse insurance exceeds the actual premium? Just saw an invoice where the premium was $ 131, the annual broker fee was $ 150 and the total with tax and all was $ 324 - do you too think thats a bit steep? I would understand if the broker had a commission when closing the contract and maybe a small annual fee would be OK too, but that ??? Which insurance do you have for your horses? Might be worthwhile to check whether your invoice states broker fees too and please, if you are happy with your insurance and premiums, let us know !!!
