Simply Accounting experience is preferred; * Experience in financial planning and writing grant applications; * Strong skills in networking and the ability to work with a volunteer Board; * The ability to relate effectively to people of diverse economic, social and ethnic backgrounds; * Patience and flexibility in an ever changing environment; * Good communication and organization skills; * Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Access and Publisher is an asset; * Training/education in the area of human services and previous experience working in the human services field is an asset.
