Do you want to support arts at Emory? Do you constantly find yourself wishing that some event would simultaneously cater to your interests in musical theatre and the Vietnam War? Do you find yourself harboring romantic feelings toward me deep in your soul, leaving you lying in bed, desperately wanting to see me, and hoping that, when you check my Facebook profile, you may happen upon a situation where you could “coincidentally” run into me and strike up a friendly conversation that might lead me to the accurate realization that you’re pretty neat and I should get to know you better, thus dropping the marble that starts the long and whimsically entertaining Rube Goldberg machine that is our “happily ever after” in such an interesting place that we’ll feel the need to get married, have children, and later annoy our children about having children of their own, just so we can tell our grandchildren about the beginning of our romance way back in the fall of 2014? If you answered “yes” to any of the questions above, come see Ad Hoc at Emory Universitys production of Dogfight The Musical I hear the cast is fantastic and the guitarist can be a little egotistical sometimes.
