We are currently seeking an Office Manager to provide overall organization and supervision of the activities and personnel of the company. The successful candidate will have: High School Degree or equivalent is required; some college work in photography or fine arts or art history is preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience in office management including scheduling and building client relationships along with providing customer service A minimum of 3 years intermediate to advanced level of experience with: Mac OS, Microsoft Office including Excel and Adobe Photoshop. Working knowledge of social/streaming media and video sources including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, website design and blog writing is preferred. Previous experience working in a professional photography studio is preferred. A good eye for professional design is required. This position also requires exceptional time management and scheduling skills, the ability to interact with clients to provide excellent customer service, interact with vendors and others in a professional and friendly manner; highly effective supervisory and administrative skills and flexibility in managing a fast-paced office environment, and ability to multi-task and take initiative to get tasks done.
