Doctors are awesome. The way they treat us makes us feel that we are in safe hands :) But they extremely need to improve on their clinic assistants service and speed. Sounds a little harsh if they are questioned. Have to wait for almost 40-45 mins to be given the prescribed medicine. Todays issue (21/12/2014) i take my wife and son(6 months old baby) to the clinic at about 3.05pm and waited until 3.30 for both my wife and son to be consulted by the doctor, yes i do understand as there are many patients before so no harm for me to wait, thats fair enough. Around 3.40pm we came out from the doctors room and have to wait until 4.25 to get the prescribed medicine by doctor and this is after i and another patient asked the clinic assistants to act fast as there are so many patients waiting get their medicine. Looking at 2/4 of them sitting in the room with one hand supporting their head in a very relaxing manner. 1/4 busy with her smart phone. the remaining 1/4 is doing some job. 1 one of them gave me one hell of her fierce look at me for questioning her why its taking too long for them to give away the medicine. Another great part is while its our turn to take away the medicines where there is no proper answer given to me and wife regarding the medicines given, and our request for the syringe which we wanted to use for giving medicine to our 6 months old baby. The answer we received is I TAK TAHU N TAKDA These cute looking lazy girls seems like they dont understand that those visiting the clinic is sick and hoped to get back home fast, take the medicine up and rest. The service seems to be very similar as what we get at GH, but the beauty of GH is we got to pay RM1 only. Singapore clinic Bayan Barus management badly need to improve on their bad behaving clinic assistants or just replace them with new chicks.
