Doctors dont always knows I like them to think of me as more than just a cardiac person. I have other things going on with my body that just my heart. I went to the hospital the other day having pain in my chest, head and back. I was having a bad case of acid reflux. They treated me as a cardiac person as if I didnt know what was wrong with me when the ekg was good they should have been treating the other symptoms. They kept me over night to make sure that my heart was working fine, but it wasnt the heart that was sick. Remember that you are your first doctor.
