Requirements: Immediately Experience: Minimum 5 years Education: Bachelors Degree Industry: Construction Nationality: Indian Salary Maximum: IRS. 480,000/- per year Language: English Interviewed: Required Job Description • Manage all project documentation (includes engineering/technical, correspondence, project management -commercial, legal) generated by Company and by subcontractors. • Perform quality control checks to ensure company generated documents comply with company and client document management system. • Distribute documentation to the project team in a timely and accurate manner. • Expedite and track status of all documents reviewed internally by the Project. • Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence. • Ensure the effective running of the day-to-day operations of the document center • Register, log, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office and site project documents and drawings • Maintain document logs for correspondence, material approval submittals, shop drawing, RFI (incoming & outgoing). • Ensure the correct stamping all documents or drawings in accordance with the prevailing document control procedures. • Scan and store the approved shop drawings in the database so that the project team can access. • Recording all incoming and outgoing transmittals and file in accordance with the company Filing System. • Ensure that the latest revision of all documents produced for the project are recorded and distributed to all concerned parties. • All other day to day work assigned by immediate supervisor Interested candidates send your resume in word file (include phone numbers, skype ID, Email) and all work experience, trainings/degree certificates– Email: Jak.Arious5@gmail Note: Must write position title and applying country name on the subject box while sending email to us.
