Does Your Lifestyle Reflect That Your TRUST Is In Jesus Christ, The Lord? Lets see... Jeremiah 17:5-10, This is what the Lord says: Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans, who rely on human strength and turn their hearts away from the Lord. They are like stunted shrubs in the desert, with no hope for the future.. But blessed are those who trust in the Lord, and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.. The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is? But I, the Lord, search all hearts and examine secret motives. I give all people their due rewards, according to what their actions deserve....... First question: DOES YOUR ACTIONS, FROM THE PAST FEW MONTHS, REFLECT THAT YOU ARE A FOLLOWER OF JESUS CHRIST OR ONE WHO HAS PUT THEIR TRUST IN MERE HUMANS AND YOURE LOVING YOUR MANY IDOLS, MORE THAN CHRIST JESUS???..... This passage of Scripture truly defines our religious generation!!!! Our churches are full of people who either believe once-saved, always-saved, and their hearts have turned away from following the Lord Jesus Christ anymore, because they have nothing to lose; OR, like most of this world, who are slowly stopping from coming to church, because the church-goers lifestyles are no different from those who publicly profess to reject Christ altogether!!!!..... Blessed are those who trust in the Lord, and have made the Lord their hope and confidence... IS THAT REALLY YOU, CHURCH-GOER?.. IS THAT REALLY YOU, PROFESSING CHRISTIAN? IS THAT REALLY YOU, PROFESSING CHRIST FOLLOWER?..... I want to make sure today, since eternity has no end!!!!.... Can I challenge your heart real quick? Either Jesus Christ defines you and your lifestyle, and the fruit that you are producing points people to Jesus Christ, the Lord, OR, He doesnt, and your hopes of seeing those streets of gold are presently on hold due to the fact that you have chosen to turn your back on Christ throughout your busy weekly schedule!!! Its one or the other!!! Right here it says, The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked.... If you are not making room for Jesus Christ in your heart, but are choosing to allow all your many idols to push Jesus from the throne of your heart, then its your choice! And, when Father God searches your heart, to see where Jesus ranked in your heart and lifestyle, He will see what He will see in most hearts from our generation, hearts that love the things of the world more than the Creator of this world!!! ...... Well, my friends, what will your eternal results be, as of today? I guess well see in the end...
