Does any one know how I get a Purchase Order from the State and Federal Government to purchase fresh CLEAN WATER before my garden dies because of the water supplied, also when my hot water service dies because of the salt, my washing machine, my kettle, my plumbing both domestic and my business will also suffer. I have a duty of care to my employees to supply a clean and safe working environment. Eye wash full of Salts and unknown chemicals? This list is only starting and so is the future outlay.
