Does anybody else wish for those glorious days to return when phones were affixed to walls and when phone calls were expensive, forcing people to keep their conversations both inside and to the point? The amount of utterly mundane blabber Ive essentially been forced to listen to over the past weeks, months, even years, because flat rates apparently force certain personalities to yack into their cell phone pretty much non-stop, regardless of their location, the time of day (or night) and even the most basic rules of consideration for others? Besides, not only does the rest of the world not want to listen to your aimless relationship tales or your most recent health issues or the redecoration plans you might have for your living room, but your yammering away in public messes with the involuntary eavesdroppers brains.
