Does anybody remember The now Infamous Fine Gael 5 POINT PLAN from their election Promises in 2011? Better known now as the 5 POINT U-TURN..... My personal favorite was when they said that the Irish people shouldnt have to burden anymore of the bank debt and then a week after getting into office they lashed out billions.... They said that Europe and THE BANKS should shoulder the debt etc... Then Kenny ran out to Davros in Switzerland to tell the banker buddies and anyone that would listen It was all our own fault because we went mad... Here is the exact wording from the infamous pack of lies that was the 5 POINT PLAN. First, imposing impossible burdens on the Irish people is neither fair nor sensible. The Irish people have already provided the Irish banks with unprecedented levels of support. It is simply not realistic to believe that they can continue to do so without tipping the Irish economy over the edge. Such as eventuality would not be in the interests of either the Irish people or our European partners. Second, it is plain that the banks in a number of other countries lent recklessly to Ireland’s banks, helping to fuel the bubble.
