Does anyone happen to have any friends or family in Wichita, Kansas? My friends 8 month old son stopped breathing on Sunday. He was brought in with a 104.9° fever and brain swelling caused by lack of oxygen from seizures. They ran test and his brain continued to swell. Last night he had 50% brain damage and was no longer responding to touch, sound or light. As of this morning he no longer has any brain activity and is being kept alive by machines to give his family time to say their goodbyes. Im looking for local churches and/or moms groups ANYONE that might be willing to deliver her some meals during her time in need. She has another child as well. So she could really use all the help she could get. This all happened so fast that she wasnt able to contact anyone ahead if time and of course is now out of commission. Also feel free to share this link. I wanted to attach it because it explains a little more about the situation. Please do not feel the need to donate if you are not comfortable doing so. I am just trying my hardest to reach out and find support close to her. Thank you all for your time and help.
