Dog with tag necklace with found Tag collar is NOT LEGAL here in Sweden Had tags in the neck. Police do not have suspects. A person has found a stray dog in Valla. The dog wore a stackelhalsband, which is a necklace with tags in the neck. The dog was taken to the police station and the necklace was removed but it is still unclear who is the owner of the dog. The dog had an ID chip under the skin, but police have still not received any hit on who the dog belongs.
