Doggone it. In case anybody doesnt know this. Home Depot does not qualify compact washers and dryers for delivery, set up and haul away. I mean, it isnt a toaster. So, I got help to haul away the old one and get the new one in. You have to tear down the box and styrofoam to get to the machine and found cosmetic damage to the plastic underneath and dent in the front. Now what? I do not want to go through the same hassle. I washed a load and the machine did a good job. They did offer me a $25 gift card for the shipping confusion and 10% off for the cosmetic damage. I just hope the internal mechanisms dont fail. Rough handling makes me suspicious. I suggested they charge a little more and give the same service as they would for a regular washer. Then, they could see the damage as they set up the washer and tend to the problem before the fact. Sigh....
