It was opened to the public in 1968 and was based on the popular comic strip Lil Abner, which was created by cartoonist Al Capp and set in a fictional village called Dogpatch. *I went with a photoclub that had got permission to be on this property, this is the only way to be here. * I will be posting these photos over a period, there is just to many, plus I want to capture the feeling of the place so the editing is real important.
