Doing Happy Dance...I just bought me an Ab Wave...I now have 5 machines for my gym...just have to sell the large lounge and the end room will become my gym..for now they are sitting on the back deck...so along with my machines I have a gym ball and free weights...I am going to be doing all that I can to get this old body working better. Summer is going to be amazing with the gym and pool....oh and I am sleeping better too...the exercise is making me tired and although I woke in terrible pain I am working through that as well. I am trying really hard to not take my pain meds through the day...finding 3 10-15 minute sessions throughout the day is working really great for me. So give me a few months and I will start putting pics up..hopefully I can keep going..but I am determined :)
