Donald Eugene "Donnie" Munden, Sr., 64, of Scottsburg, Indiana, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2013 at the University Of Louisville Hospital. He was born on July 24, 1948 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late Preston and Virginia M. (Borden) Munden. Donnie was married on July 17, 1968 to Wilma C. Wininger. He was a retired manager for Hoosier Parts in both Seymour and Scottsburg, Indiana, was a member of Elevation Church, loved crossword puzzles, cooking out, bowling and collecting cans. He was preceded in death by his parents and a twin brother, Ronald W. Munden who died Nov. 5, 1995. Survivors include his wife, Wilma C. Pruett- Munden; two sons, Dennis Pruett (Kathy) and Donald E. Munden, Jr. both of Scottsburg, Indiana; four daughters, Debbie Coomer (Tom) and Teri Munden (Brent Mulley) all of Austin, Indiana, Donette Munden (Kirk Brown) of Charlestown, Indiana and Anna Kidd (Vince) of Lexington, Indiana; three brothers, David Munden (Ginger) of Louisville, Kentucky, Richard Munden of North Vernon, Indiana and Timothy A. Munden of Scottsburg, Indiana; three sisters, Marlene Muse (Bill) of Cincinnati, Ohio, Wynogene Riddle (Rick) of Marion, Indiana and Betty Ruth Munden of Indianapolis, Indiana; eight grandchildren, Jason Coomer, Christopher and Dillon Pruett, Caty Munden, Joseph and Jacob Brown, Anthony and Erin Kidd and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Interment will be in burial in Scottsburg Cemetery.
