Dont bulk and dont cut, just eat. Eat to gain muscle or eat to lose fat. Keep the foods you eat the same just change the amount you eat to reflect your goals and training. Putting a label on the way you eat wont improve your results, in fact Id argue it hinders them by negatively affecting your mindset. Keep it simple, keep it consistent. Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, oh no, actually...
