Dont get too skinny. Youre not trying to lose any more weight are you? I bet you can kick my @$$. What is she on? And the list goes on... These have been my favorite and remind me of a few common misconceptions. I dont know about you, but I cannot wave a magic wand and say, FAT.... Be gone!! Disperse my hips thighs and abdomen immediately and place yourself in my bosom and cheekbones! Save a little bit for my booty too, thanks !! Nope, doesnt work like that. First thing to go for me is the fullness in my face. Most women lose the chest next, (others have a little help in that area).... can you say deflation? Yep. ... Unless youre having fat cells physically sucked out (um, lipo,please dont do this , although Ill never judge you if you did xx) you cannot spot reduce. You can do 1000 crunches a day and if you eat like crap youll still have the layer of fat over the muscles youre trying to build underneath. I still have problem areas Im working on, I still have issues with my legs from being called thunder thighs or ogre when I played soccer since I could basically walk .... Im still tightening loose skin (that takes a long time) and guess where it comes from.... Nutrition. Not meals you nuke in the microwave, or a diet you stick to only on weekdays. It is a lifestyle change, one you can make, one you can sustain, and you feel a WHOLE HECK of a lot better, rested, energized, Healthy, happy, that list also goes on. Its not without problems, its not without challenges, we would not be on earth or have a pulse if we had no problems or challenges. That is what life is about. Fuel your body with quality nutrition, your mind with quality thoughts, your heart and soul with quality relationships , and BAM that magic wand does start to work is ways youve only dreamed of. I am living proof. ... And seriously, I probably cant kick your @$$ so dont ever be afraid to ask for help ... Then ACCEPT it .
