Dont judge and compare a big church pastor with a small up and coming church Pastor. Lets be realistic. I remember when Glory Divine had about 100 people I should stand at the door and shake hands with all the people when the service was finished. But now we have over thousand people. What now? If I have to shake hands and say a few words then we will rather have another service. I still stand at the entrance but say hi and bye and have casual chats etc. does that make me love my congregation less. Definitely a big NO!!!!. In a small church you know your Pastor and He knows you but when the church starts growing, this privilege becomes less and less and the responsibility is shared with other leaders. The PASTOR IS STILL THE SAME. He prays for you. wait on the Word. etc etc etc . lets pray for our pastors than just condemning and judging them always.
