Dont make time for peoples negativity. Seriously, do not even engage their critical spirit and do not get sucked into a position of defense or needing to feel like you have to explain your beliefs. You do not have to agree with one another but you most certainly do not need to sit back and be berated into the ground as someone tries to prove a point.
