Dont wait around for the House to reconvene. They are recessed till 3pm but it could just be a gavel in and gavel out and then theyll go calendar. They have to have time to caucus and so on. Its a very fluid situation and unpredictable at the end of session. My best guess is that HB 2578 wont see the light of day until very late tonight and there is even talk that they may have to work tomorrow and maybe even Monday. And for anyone that is worrying, the vote to concur on HB 2578 can even be done when they return for the veto session April 30th. So go enjoy this sunny day. Thats what Im going to do. I am in communication with several Reps and if I hear something important I will post it.
