Dont you love days when you dont really have to think of what you are making for supper :) I made white bean soup with the left over Easter Ham yesterday. They were so excited about it and I obviously made more than we needed, ( i used to cook for 10 kids on a regular basis so i still over cook the amounts i need) Last night my husband said,..... oh this is so good, I cant wait til tomorrow night because itll be even better !! Woot Woot !! I immediately went into relaxation mode because tomorrow took care of itself :)
