PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL: Agree you have done GREAT but but but.... 175(66 balls) 13 x 4s = 52 17 x 6s = 102 It shows that you have done 154 Runs in 30 Balls & in other 36 balls you faced you scored 21 runs which means ,you have 16 dot balls So you have wasted these 16 balls .....considering only 1 run scored on each of these balls you could have earned 16 valuable RUNS FOR OUR TEAM MANAGER’S COMMENT/GRADE : So you only met the expectations and NOT EXCEEDING (though anyone of our team could not do it) and your Grade is C or at the most B2 RECOMMENDED TRAINING: Learn how to take singles & rotate the strike. AREA THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: It’s good that you played all 20 overs but you should encourage juniors in your team and let them showcase their talent to client – it’s all @ team effort.
