Dorothy shared and could use some support tonight: I am having a horrible couple of days. I cannot find any relief no matter what I do. If I lay down it hurts almost as bad as being up doing something. I do not believe there is any amount of pills, yoga or anything else that will help. Between the Fibro and the Lupus I feel like my bones and muscles are being crushed and ground together. My poor husband doesnt know what to do either. All he can do is ask what he can do to help, and all I can say is nothing helps and please dont touch me. I am ready to give up. I am so tired. I cannot cry anymore - it just makes my chest hurt more and the sores in my nose more irritated.
