Register at any local Mayors Office or at the Guam Election Commission by or before August 20th, 2014 in order to vote in the August 30th primary. Please bring your U.S. Passport or your birth certificate and a valid photo ID. Remember, no crossing over in the Primary! You can only vote for one party.
