Dr. Oz, please accept nomination for the ALS Ice Bucket challenge. I am doing it in Rituals of the Russian Banya - SAUNA/SNOW, where: people sit in the sauna first and then jump in the snow. In my case SAUNA/ICEBUCKET at LA Fitness. Ice water on the hot body is actually a pleasant sensation moreover it ramping up an immune system and many other health benefits. I do HOT/COLD shower every morning. Everyone should try it!!!
