Draft of our Peace Deal: :D :P Dexter V. - JJB Draft Peace Agreement: “The #TeamJannellyBeans Plan” (September 1, 2014) A framework for peace between Dexter V. and JJB (Jannellybeans HQ, Cambridge, MA, September 1, 2014) Dexter V. and JJB: Desiring to establish mutual respect and to develop honorable, friendly and good home relations; Resolved to establish permanent peace between them in accordance with this Treaty. Have agreed as follows: @Par1:ARTICLE I - Establishment of Peace and Security within Recognized Boundaries. 1. JJB will provide Dexter V. with a TRACKABLE GPS device immediately. 2. JJB agrees to take Dexter V. to the park now that its cooler outside. 3. JJB will install a kitty door on the second floor deck, with a lock that detects a collar that will allow Dexter V. outside on the 2nd floor deck. 4. In the event Dexter V. gets off the deck, he will be tracked and snatched 5. Dexter V. agrees to stop breaking screens and fans. 6. Dexter V. agrees to not go to far from home, and come when JJB calls. @Par1:ARTICLE II - Legislation 1. The Parties undertake to enact any legislation necessary in order to implement the Treaty, and to repealany legislation that is inconsistent with the Treaty. @Par1:ARTICLE III - Settlement of Disputes 1. Disputes between the Parties arising out of the interpretation or application of the present Treaty shall be settled by negotiation. @Par1:ARTICLE IX - Final Clauses 1. This treaty shall be ratified by both Parties in conformity with their respective constitutional procedures. It shall enter into force on the exchange of instruments of ratification and shall supercede all previous bilateral agreements between the Parties. 2. The Annexes and other attachments attached to this Treaty shall constitute integral parts thereof. 3. The Treaty shall be communicated to the Secretary General of #TeamJannellyBeans for registration in accordance with the provisions of #TeamJannellyBeans DONE THIS DAY September 1, IN 2014 IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGES, ALL LANGUAGES BEING EQUALLY AUTHENTIC. IN CASE OF ANY DIVERGENCE OF INTERPRETATION, THE ENGLISH TEXT WILL BE AUTHORITATIVE.
