Drama on an open water course this morning when a students shoulder popped out while doing the mask skill (it had come out before, but she hadnt told us this) first of all she refused to come out of the water as she was in too much pain (if you heard screaming in the bay, thats what it was). We called the hospital and eventually got her onto dry land, the medics came, but without anaesthetic (as was requested) so we had to call again to get someone to give her some pain relief so we could get her to hospital. She is there now. Thanks to the guys at Yalla and Octopus World for their help.
