Dreamer’s Daily Draw (Part Two) For: Kealianne - TopicsExpress

Dreamer’s Daily Draw (Part Two) For: Kealianne McGaugh CARD: Career Change, from the Life Purpose oracle deck I’m not sure if you are actively considering a career change, or have at least thought about taking another route. However – if you’ve drawn this card, it’s either already on the horizon, or it’s something you want to look at more closely. I look at your work situation now, and it’s tremendously stressful. It’s a “go-go-go” kind of environment, and you might feel some days like you can’t move fast enough. I also feel like your talents aren’t being used properly, and it’s not always a supportive workplace. The energy there feels harsh, like there’s a lot of competition (I also get a sense of jealousy, and this also feels like the kind of place where there’s a lot of gossip). Honestly, what I get from you is that all you want is to earn your paycheck and go home – and sometimes you can’t handle all of the drama that goes on around you. Let me tell you – the drama that goes on around your current work – I don’t really feel it changing. That’s not to say that it’s going to get worse necessarily, but I don’t see any attitudes or people changing. What I also get from you, Kealianne, is that you’re a sensitive person and you’re a natural caretaker, like a mother hen. You like to spend time with people one-on-one, and getting to know them and what they’re about. I feel like you’re actually a very good communicator, and you would benefit from a much gentler environment – and definitely a change of scenery. You *can* choose to stay at your current job, but I don’t feel like there’s much room for growth, and I don’t see that stress going away. Another message I get for you is to think about what your heart’s desire is. What can you *see* yourself doing? It might be something you’ve fantasized or dreamed about for a long time. The message I keep getting for you is “caretaker, healer, and communication.” Those three things work together hand-in-hand, and it might be a message for you – it’s what you’re going to do, eventually. Don’t worry about finding a new job right now, just go with the flow, and think seriously about what you would like to do. The idea of taking a leap is a lot scarier than actually doing it – and once you decide to leap, you’re going to be supported all the way.
