Driving on the E-toll roads I have noticed that the gantries are off. I have also noticed this morning that most computers in their head office have been removed!! Every morning driving past those offices you will see computer screens on but this morning after seeing that the gantries are off I then looked into the offices and realized that most computers are not there. What does all this change mean now???? Please share with us who so ever has a clue to these changes.
