Drumroll please... the winner of the Biggest Loser Group 3 Consultant/Client Challenge is Jeff Barone!! In 30 days, Jeff lost 25.4 lbs, 10.68% of his body weight, and 2 from his waist! I am so proud of him as he followed the plan even at the fire house ;-) Now to pay him the $650 bucks!! A big shout out also goes to Louie Vargas who lost 16.4 lbs, 7.83% body weight, and 5.5 from the waist. Also a big congrats to Thyra Phan who lost 6.2 lbs and 5.5 from her waist :) And a big congratulations to all the other losers for a job well done and for their tips, recipes, and encouragement to all the challengers!
