"Duck Soup" ideas so far... 2 innings with 16" softball, first one regular bases, second inning reverse bases - 3rd becomes 1st 1 inning of "Tenniffle-Ball" 1 inning of regular softball with teams getting 4 outs instead of three 1 inning of dizzy bat... Men spin 8 times women spin 5 times... Hit off of tee 1 inning of defense rotation - all positions other than pitcher catcher rotate w/ each new batter 1 inning of 4 bases... Instead of second base we will throw down two bases near where short stop and second would play There will be a special hat that each teams 12th hitter will get to wear. If you get to your 12th hitter they need to wear the hat and if they score while wearing it their run counts as 3 runs. All games will go fills even innings, no run rules, 90 minutes allotted for the game. Other regular slow pitch rules we are using will still be in place unless otherwise noted. Costumes are encouraged! We will make special bonus rules for those in costume. Let me know what you think. It looks like we will have games through September and then do this like the first Saturday in October. Josh
