Due to Ward 4 Court Case held on Wednesday 12 November 2014, where our family member wanted to be released from a Mental Health Compulsory Order, this opened up the Way for the Community to be involved with his Care. Without his File available to us, we are not sure what Medication or what Treatment would be helpful. This cannot be made to known to us without his File. Under Compulsory Orders we are allowed Access to his File. This is part of his return to the Community, and a way for him to integrate successfully. I have sent numerous emails to Rotorua Hospital Admin.and as yet Communication has reduced to Silence. This is another email which will be one of many, until we can start to finally get STATE Mental Health to do things right by their Patients. --------- Theresa I am waiting on XXX file. There shouldnt be a problem handing his file to us. XXX has requested we be involved with his Wellness. He made that request known at the November 12 2014 Court case at Ward 4. Due to him on Compulsory Orders XXX needs all the Support to live in the Community he can get. How can we know what is going on without his File.? Ward 4 Manager Antony !!! has emailed me that Te Ngako Manager Michael !!! is able to do that. Michael did ring to say he must first talk to Antony !!!. This is nonsense. Antony has already declared that access to the file shouldnt be a problem. We have got a signed consent from XXX to allow Political intervention, as its Govt. that write the Laws. I request again for XXX File. Please make it available.
