Due to personal problems, 2 year old Rockys owner has brought him to the Manhattan shelter. Well they are no longer going to shelter him after noon tomorrow but instead are going to destroy him. His owner says He is super friendly and loves everyone. He has a lot of energy. Please advocate and share Rocky tonight before it is to late.. A volunteer writes: Rocky just may be the most handsome guy I have ever met! Hes so perfectly proportioned that Im reminded of a Michelangelo sculpture, a masterpiece cast in sleek pewter with the head of an ancient philosopher, dignified and wise. No photo could truly do him justice, Rocky must be seen to be believed! Hes very friendly and full of tail-wagging good humor, pulling slightly on the leash as we walk, always energetic but never hyper. A ball chaser, a dog lover, a well-trained boy who knows to do his business outside and how to sit politely for treats, Rocky is the great all-rounder youve been searching for. He has a silly side too, play-bowing and rolling onto his back for belly rubs in an effort to distract me from my photo taking and when all else fails, jumping up to give a big ol 75 pound hug - ok Rocky, you win! Originally given to his former owner as a gift from a neighbor, were told that hes friendly to children and strangers, likes to be petted and loves to play. Now Rockys looking for an active new family wholl give him plenty of snuggles and all the exercise he needs to keep that magnificent physique in peak condition.
