Follow the program below: Crunches Side-to-side (bicycle Abs) Spider plank Reverse crunches Russian twists Plank jacks Mountain climbers Leg lifts Flutter kicks Plank hold Complete 3 rounds: Round 1: 30 seconds Round 2: 45 seconds Round 3: 60 seconds Remember to focus on breathing and technique; Id rather you go slow with the correct technique then perform the exercises quickly with poor form. Work hard, remember to sweat and Ill see you all Saturday for an extra brutal session :)
